1. CIA World FactBook

The CIA’s world factbook contains statistics on every country in the world based on information obtained by the CIA.

2. Wikia

Wikia is also community edited like Wikipedia itself but runs on smaller communities. Each post has its own mini-community where Users can edit entries and engage in discussions. Wikia is great for Movie, TV and Music fans.
